ANTREC

BUZĂU is a town located in Romania, known for its rural, ecological and cultural tourism. The ANTREC association (Asociația Națională de Turism Rural, Ecologic și Cultural din România) plays an important role in promoting traditional Romanian culture and encourages the preservation of local hospitality and traditions. Founded in 1994, ANTREC has branches in almost every county in the country, as well as subsidiaries in the Euro-Regions. The association brings together guesthouse owners, local craftsmen, folk groups, owners of cultural and natural heritage objects, and travel agencies promoting rural, ecological and cultural tourism.
