The restaurant of this elegant hotel also offers a refined dining experience. In a sober decor, under white vaults, you can enjoy original dishes, whether international or local. In the first category, you will find for example a duck confit with mustard and hazelnut sauce. As for the Romanian dishes, they are concocted from old family recipes: puff pastry transylvain stew, quails stuffed with broccoli and coffee sauce... Be careful, the prices are quite high. Nice wine list.
