CAFÉ BULGAKOV
Bohemian and relaxed, Café Bulgakov, named after the Russian writer, is located in a small medieval street in the old town. Opened in 2002, it is one of the addresses of Cluj's Hungarian community. The interiors reveal a vast series of vaulted rooms with red brick walls. Completed in 1843, the building was extended at the end of the 19th century and in the 1960s. At once a restaurant (traditional Transylvanian cuisine), café, bar and even, since 2010, a club (hosting parties and concerts), Bulgakov is literally packed at weekends.
