Right in the center of town, this 47-room establishment is one of Bistrița's best options. It's quite modern, and some of its rooms feature a beautiful Scandinavian design. The others are more dated, but enjoy beautiful volumes. The vast restaurant and its various lounges also have a pleasant look, their contemporary minimalist style blending into a bright white environment. Traditional cuisine is served, including a variety of vegetarian dishes. There's also a lovely covered terrace.
