Right in the city centre, in the Vulturul Negru covered passage, this bar will amaze you with its interiors arranged like an old wooden boat: the walls covered with dark panelling are decorated with rudders, ropes, nets and other buoys, while a mast sits in the middle! During the day, you can go there for a coffee on the terrace. At night, the atmosphere is more festive and many theme evenings are organized: concerts and DJs, but also quizzes, board games and comedy shows. Beware of the powerful rum cocktails!
