Le mignon de veau à la sauce au camembert était un vrai régal, avec juste ce qu’il faut de parfum camembert pour avoir de la saveur, mais pas trop, ça restait majoritairement un bon jus de viande.
Humour en entrée avec le « burger » d’avocat au saumon et oignons confits. Très bon bien sûr mais aussi amusant puisque l’avocat remplaçait le pain du burger.
