We could stay for hours looking out of the window, eating with our eyes these jewels passionately prepared by Nicolas Barbet and his beautiful team. Each season, each holiday on the calendar is an opportunity for a sweet pleasure. From macaroons to "pièce montée", from nougatine to marshmallow! Here, we don’t manufacture, we sculpt. We even saw pumps and lily of the valley more real than life in chocolate. This chocolate and pastry maker is an artist. An artist so passionate that he organises workshops to share his secrets. In turn, you will amaze your friends who will melt with pleasure.

J'avais fait un atelier pâtisserie il y a quelques temps, et j'en garde un très très bon souvenir. Je voulais connaître les coulisses du métiers ( on ne peut critiquer que ce qu'on connaît vraiment , c'est ça être objectif ????) , et franchement, j'ai pas été déçu. Le métier d'artisan est beaucoup plus complexe et prenant par rapport à ce que je pensais , et malgré tout, j'ai trouvé une équipe très sympathique, disponible, professionnelle, sérieuse et à l'écoute. Aucun bémol et j'ai vraiment pas trouvé la prestation onéreuse par rapport à tout ce que j'ai reçu. Depuis je prends régulièrement mes gâteaux chez eux et c'est un régal à chaque fois... Une mention particulière au chocolat qui, en plus d'être excellent, est certifié 100 % commerce durable, merci pour la planète ????, merci à récréation sucrée ????
