IVAN PESCAR
An excellent address, opened in 2015 by Olympic canoeing champion Ivan Patzaichin, a native of the delta. Very committed to the defence of his terroir, he has designed a restaurant that is very much in his element. We serve only fish, caught locally and cooked in a typical way: smoked mackerel, borș from the fisherman, sturgeon storceag, Black Sea mussels... The saramură of carp is a delight! The very pleasant setting is also in local colours, all in white and light blue. The large bays overlook the promenade along the Danube.
