On the banks of the Old Danube, "La maison du pêcheur" is a recently-built, traditionally-inspired guesthouse with wood panelling and a reed roof. It offers 12 well-appointed rooms. Some of them are set in cottages in the pretty little garden to the rear, which also boasts children's play equipment, barbecues and terraces. Hostess Cati's cuisine is excellent, mainly featuring typical Lipovenian fish dishes. The guesthouse also organizes excursions to the delta and transfers from Tulcea.
