Once frequented by sailors, it's mainly locals who come here nowadays. Don't miss the curried herring with shallot cream, but especially the selection of schnapps - which you can learn to prepare. Option to eat on the old ferry moored in the canal opposite the bridge.

Message from Management
Located on the harbor, Færgecafé is a restaurant offering classic Danish cuisine. The chef and restaurateur, Erik Frandsen, prepares his dishes with carefully selected seasonal ingredients and traditional recipes. You will find smørrebrød served with a small glass of schnapps. You can also try herring with curry or a chicken and mushroom tartlet. For dessert, try the old-fashioned apple cake. For beer lovers, there is a wide selection of beers. Moreover, Færgecafé contributes to the local life with historical visits on Sundays, entertaining events, schnapps making courses...
