A little off Roskilde's main pedestrian street, in an inner courtyard where the shaded terrace unfolds, an address for lovers of meat or brasserie-style dishes (Caesar salad, mushroom omelette...). At Rib House, two rooms welcome you with a cozy fireplace upstairs, set under a superb whitewashed wooden roof, surrounded by old photos that tell the story of the town's past. A warm place, impeccable, fast service and hearty dishes. Excellent value for money: we recommend it!
