Every year at the beginning of July, young people flock to Roskilde to enjoy Northern Europe's most popular festival. This festival, whose DNA is rock music, has been regarded as Scandinavia's Woodstock for 50 years! It hasn't aged a day, and attracts thousands of festival-goers for open-air concerts, featuring rock stars and established bands from all over Europe and beyond (Simple Minds, The Nits, Paul Simon, Iggy Pop, Rita Mitsouko, David Bowie, Suede, Daft Punk...), not to mention Denmark and Greenland!
