This beautiful building painted in a bright yellow, known as the Yellow Palace, a particular color developed by a Roskilde craftsman, was built between 1733 and 1736. It was once used as a guest house for visiting royalty. Today it is the residence of the bishop and houses the Museum of Modern Art and a painting gallery. To see, superb temporary exhibitions in addition to the permanent exhibition, among which the works of an accomplished artist, Yoko Ono!
