Restaurateur David Levy Nielsen launched Kong Volmer in this charming Passage Brandts in 2008. At the time, this type of restaurant specializing in smørrebrød only existed in Kongens by København. The dream of opening his own house where to restore the traditional "open sandwich" was realized in this small restaurant bistro style. Ideal to try a combination of these sandwiches between land and sea typically Danish (smoked beef, herring, salmon ...). The cuisine is refined and the prices are low. On the spot or to take away.
