In the heart of the small pedestrian streets of Faaborg, between the port and the shopping street. In this small village house, on beautiful wooden tables and under low lamps, you can taste fresh fish and the fionian omelet, fynsk aeggekage, with a mountain of bacon so grilled that it looks like chips covering the omelet. Traditional Danish cuisine at reasonable prices. Very nice welcome from the couple, with a view on the counter frequented by local customers, in short an authentic place. One is quiet, well served and satisfied.
