Spanien or Spain is the oldest bathing establishment in Aarhus, opened in 1933. The pool has a monumental indoor pool, a gym and rest rooms. But the most popular attraction is the sauna, a traditional Danish family tradition, which is very popular on Saturdays (book in advance)! Upstairs, you have access to the Grossererbadet (the former men's sauna), where you can also enjoy a massage. Apart from the pool, there are health and wellness professionals on hand, and a café where you can pamper yourself!
