ESBJERG MUSEUM (ESBJERG MUSEUM)
Local history museum featuring permanent exhibits and hundreds of artifacts dating back 10,000 years.
A museum of local history housed in a brick building recognizable by its double mansard roof. Three permanent exhibitions: the town occupied during the Second World War and the Resistance, a reconstruction of the town as it was from 1900 to 1950 (with a square, shops and interiors) and finally the rooms devoted to "Baltic gold" which sometimes contains prehistoric insects! Several hundred objects shaped over 10,000 years.
