PHARMACY GARDEN (APOTEK HAVEN)
A pharmacy garden with around 70 medicinal plants, introduced by the Hussites at the end of the century.
The pharmacy is hidden behind a beautiful coloured wooden door (under the sign "Apotek", you can't miss it). You can access its garden behind: it is open to the public, and contains about 70 medicinal plants, introduced by the Hussites in the late 18th century. Christiansfeld Apotek is a branch of Hjorte Apoteket, "the deer pharmacy", one of the oldest pharmacies in the country with its privilege issued by Duke Hans the Elder on 15 July 1557.
