Inn with a view of the fjord and beautiful interior architecture, upstairs rooms with superb sunrise views

The only accommodation in Gjógv, a beautiful inn with a superb view of the fjord. The interior architecture is particularly successful with a low frame and alcoves on the sides, imitating the Viking dwellings of the early Feringians. One sleeps well here. The rooms upstairs have a breathtaking view, especially at sunrise. If you are passing through during a trip, you can enjoy a coffee and some delicious pancakes. Picnic baskets are available for your hike. A favorite inn.

Auberge située dans un cadre naturel magnifique (village perdu au fond d’un fjord). Nous logions dans une grande chambre située dans une annexe toute proche du bâtiment principal (dont le toit est couvert d’herbe). Possibilité de prendre le repas du soir dans la petite salle à manger, un menu unique à réserver au petit-déjeuner : simple mais bon.
