BRASSERIE FØROYAR
You can't miss it, on the other side of the ferry terminal, near the museum, with its emblem painted on the whole side: a ram seen from the front. You can visit. It is the best beer in the archipelago. In 1883, Símun F. Hansen went to Denmark to learn the art of brewing. When he returned to the Faroes in 1888, he set up his own brewery in Klaksvík, the second to be established in the country. The first brewery was Restorffs Bryggjarí. Since 2009, and the opening of an office in Reykjanesbær, the company has started to export its products to Iceland.
