For the past decade, Vincent Letzgus has been cultivating vegetables and fruits without fertilizers or chemicals, respecting the rhythm of Mother Nature. He offers baskets composed according to the season: artichokes, eggplants, zucchini, beets, beans, salads... In summer, Vincent sells no less than fifteen varieties of tomatoes! In addition to the typical Alsatian fruits (mirabelle plums, plums, rhubarb), his strawberries, raspberries and melons are also very popular!
