The hotel enjoys the most beautiful location in Luc-sur-Mer. Directly on the seafront, you are only separated from the beach by a small car park (in this case, if you have a large vehicle, avoid parking in front of the restaurant’s windows… it spoils the view and casts a shadow). The rooms are all elegantly decorated (thanks Mary…). Naturally, those with direct sea views are the most popular. The elegant dining room offers breathtaking views of the sea. In the kitchen, the young chef Nicolas Adèle has more than one string to his bow, from pressed vegetables to fresh goat cheese to bluefin tuna and maple syrup (surprising!), passing through the cod back with sauce. Moreover, friendly service.
