NEYSTING
Have you ever slept in a boat bed? Or a boat bed? It's in Froðba, a village a few kilometers from Tvøroyri. This original concept, which combines culture and tradition, has been developed by Neysting. You'll sleep in a boathouse, called a neyst in Faroese, a reminder of how much the Faroese have lived from fishing for centuries. The traces of the past, the patina of the wood and the old tools still present will take you back in time. You'll sleep in a sheep's wool tent (BátaBólið) suspended in the boathouse, woven in the same way as traditional Faroese sails. A cosy, warm, original and inspiring bubble... Ideal for backpackers or travelers with a bit of roots.
