Founded by Paul Fleming in 1993 in the state of Arizona, the American-Chinese cuisine chain has been a huge success ever since, and Abu Dhabi is no exception. So here is a little Asian break after a frantic shopping spree. The 2,000 year old culinary tradition of the wok is at the center of the kitchen. The service is efficient and the traditional cuisine is tasty: Mongolian beef, dumplings, and why not dynamite shrimps as a starter?
