For a long time now, this has been one of the city's best restaurants, with one of the best views. Cantonese cuisine revisited by the emissaries of Tong Chee Hwee, chef at Hanway Place's parent company in London. Lobster and spinach soup, duck with caviar, slice of Wagyu with soy sauce and so many other irresistible little gems, served with class in a blue case, almost a halo, designed by the Parisian duo Gilles & Boissier. Don't miss the luminescent bar, the runway for the evening! Terrace with a breathtaking view of the Etihad Towers.
