The brand-new bistro de Jose by Pizarro, a formidable ambassador of Spanish cuisine, has just opened in March 2023 on the first floor of the Conrad Hotel Abu Dhabi, much to our delight. Beauty, simplicity, authenticity, family spirit, conviviality, positive energy and laughter are the words that best describe the atmosphere here. You'll enjoy delicious snacks, tapas and great dishes to share, all to the accompaniment of beautiful Catalan music. We recommend tuna tartar toast, scampi and paella.
