Nestled on the garden level of the huge Ritz-Carlton, the restaurant unfortunately does not have a window to the outside world, but a huge bay window overlooking the corridor and from which one can see the grandiose gardens. In this elegant and cosy restaurant, everything starts with the choice of a Laguiole knife. The most difficult forks will be delighted, as you will be able to taste beautiful meats from New Zealand, Australia or Ireland, to be matched with the wide choice of the cellar. Everything is exceptional, when you love without counting the cost.
