The enfant terrible of British cuisine, a self-taught chef trained at Le Gavroche and winner of two stars, is continuing his international expansion via the Gulf. Here, he delivers a turnkey copy-paste of his Kings Road grill. The room, with no windows other than those overlooking the ovens, is bathed in a curious opalescent light. A beautiful table setting. We discover an essentially meaty menu, including the divine wagyu.
