Designed by Foster & Partners, the mall is housed in a building clad in openwork wooden panels and designed as a skylight. It was built on the site of the old souk, in the city's historic district, at the foot of two twin towers, one of which is Abu Dhabi's tallest. On the mall side, the Hub boasts a high-quality gastronomic offering. On the souk side, across the street, this is the realm of souvenir gifts, with a small market selling Iranian spices, and I love AD offering a few books and souvenirs.
