PUBLIC BEACHES CORNICHE

Very clean and pleasant beaches, offering the possibility to rest on a deckchair under a parasol or to do sports too.
With a breathtaking view of the Corniche and opposite Lulu Island, the 2 km-long beach awaits you. An opportunity to enjoy the beautiful sands of the Corniche, comfortably installed on a deckchair with a drink in hand if you wish. During the week, you can usually find a parasol, but at the weekend, they can all be snapped up quickly. Here, swimming is supervised by a lifeguard just inside the buoys, away from the hustle and bustle of boats and jet-skis. Showers and changing rooms are available, as are volleyball and soccer pitches. You can even watch young Emiratis playing soccer in Kandura, the local garb. Don't hesitate to ask them to kick the ball with you: they'll welcome you with pleasure and lots of laughter for what promises to be a fun game. On the other hand, you can't swim very far; floating fences keep you within 40 meters of the beach, and there are plenty of lifeguards around ready to whistle loudly if you try to go further than the limit. Similarly, at sunset, everyone is asked to get out of the water. The pristine waterfront of Abu Dhabi's Corniche has coveted Blue Flag status - the internationally renowned eco-label for beaches and marinas, which guarantees clean and safe bathing waters. Beware of sunburns, which can happen quickly if you're not careful.

On the ledge protected from onlookers.
Here the beaches spacious paying, selective and very well supervised. If you choose to come to families you have had for you a sand wide open space. An air of games for children toilets and showers.
