HEDIARD
Although now Russian, Hédiard has resisted the temptation of cabbage and still proudly carries the values and codes of the delicatessen of the Place de la Madeleine, but in reverse flow since the exoticism that Ferdinand Hédiard wanted to bring to Paris 160 years ago is transmuted here into the diffusion of French chic among the Emiratis. These boutique cafés have a limited range of products, but the menu is appealing: minestrone, green salad, croque-monsieur, lamb chops and ratatouille, pastries, fresh juice, iced coffee and even Blue Mountain.
