This Italian gourmet restaurant in the Hilton Hotel is the best in Al-Ain. The cuisine is authentic and delicious: soups, pizzas, salmon, fresh pasta, risotto, tiger shrimp dishes, and a sumptuous lamb shank. There are also delicious antipasti appetizers: marinated artichokes, mushrooms, tomatoes, cold cuts... No evening is complete without enjoying the homemade tiramisu. The decoration, recently renovated, is pleasant, simple, elegant and warm, the service very attentive.
