The complex offers a getaway for those seeking peace and quiet in the middle of the desert. The hotel is a collection of buildings scattered among the dunes: near the fort, rooms surround a traditional souk. Further on, villas with a small private pool, and at the top of the dune, a building with South African accents that houses the reception, the spa, the hotel pool and the restaurant. To get around, small golf carts take you from one place to another. No alcoholic beverages are served here.
