By the pool of the palace, indoors with bay windows or on the bubble terrace, a charming Mediterranean table with Levantine accents. For a lazy lunch with a Greek salad or a slice of bread, an iced soup and a sorbet. In romantic mode with torches, with the dunes as a backdrop for a casual dinner. And since the desert is hypnotic, we extend it late at night by smoking a narguileh over the embers. The restaurant also serves some of the a la carte dishes on the lounge chairs.
