Designed and owned by Sharjah's Sheikh Khalid Al Qassimi since 2015, Ratios coffee is thought of as a workshop that highlights the art of roasting with meticulously selected and organic beans. The interior decor reflects an urban, casual, zen and very contemporary style at the same time. In addition to delicious coffees, UAE made chocolates and a great selection of teas, they serve great cookies and brownies. The cosmopolitan staff is charming, as is the small terrace. An excellent address in the heart of old Sharjah.
