Eylim Beach resort is a new must-see hotel on the main beach, as its brand-new swimming pool is magnificent. If you want to take a dip in the pool, all you have to do is sit down at the restaurant and pay tribute to the menu. You'll find some unpretentious, but wonderfully prepared dishes (after a lot of waiting, but the coals have to be earned!). Authentic, simple and tasty. The catch of the day is fresh, the fish served is huge, patiently braised or grilled, and the accompaniments delicious. No alcohol is served at the bar, however.
