ASSOYAM BEACH
One of the best restaurants in Grand-Bassam, Assoyam Beach combines a seaside setting with fabulous dishes, under the leadership of Chef Pascal Favier (who used to work at the Hotel Ivoire). He proposes beautiful specialties of the sea and racy wines. The setting is multiple: under a beautiful straw hut, in front of the beach or in the air-conditioned Abissa restaurant overlooking the ocean. We love the details of the dishes here, which speak volumes about the chef's creativity: fillet of grouper with lemon compote and capers, grilled sea food with lemon butter and rosemary...
