Located in Grand-Bassam, this colonial concrete building with its massive, imposing forms now houses apartments.
A concrete building that once housed a commercial complex, it is part of one of the last structures of the colonial era. With its Art Deco style of the 1920s, which contrasts with the rest of the buildings, it is linked, with the Haddad and Ganamet houses, to the Lebanese-Syrian complex of Grand-Bassam, which France favoured during its mandate in Syria from 1920 to the Second World War. At one time converted into a hotel, this beautiful residence with massive and imposing forms now houses apartments.
