BOLIKRO, « CHEZ WOLF »
More authentic, you die! In order to recreate a village camp in the middle of the city, Wolfgang Bogou, aka Wolf, has set up this maquis with bamboo benches and chairs in a wood next to a lake. Specialty: the cabri in all its forms (sautéed, braised, in soup, in choukouya). The cuisine is prepared in the same way as in the village, with red pepper (very spicy!). Also agoutis or chicken (braised, sautéed, etc.). For drinks: homemade palm wine (bandji), koutoukou, and the sacrosanct Valpierre wine, so dear to the Baoule people.
