A Bouaké institution in the slightly off-center Air France district. A warm welcome, good selection, plates full of the love and expertise of cordon bleu chef Tantie Georgette (aka TG) and her old-fashioned recipes for delicious, hearty Ivorian dishes (meats, sauces, braised meats and kédjénous). Dishes are served under pleasantly ventilated apatams. Try the braised carp, you'll be amazed. "Y'a rien, c'est propre!" as the Ivorians would say.
