LOKOLI ECO-FARM

The Eco-Farm at Lokoli, nicknamed "the beach of Korhogo", is an eco-friendly hotel complex with a restaurant and, above all, a leisure base on the banks of the mighty and magnificent Bandama River. It takes full advantage of the surrounding natural resources to offer a wide range of activities. You can stay here for a weekend, or take a day trip. This regenerating little oasis between plantations, river and forest, accessed through the savannah, is located on a vast 200-hectare site planted with karite, cashew and neré trees, and watched over by a hundred-year-old baobab tree. On the program: quad bike or bicycle rides to discover the surrounding area, pétanque, rifle shooting, relaxing moringa massages and shea butter made on site, or jet-ski, canoe or pinasse rides on the beautiful Bandama river... You'll also have the opportunity to discover the Senoufo culture through its dances (initiation possible) or other tourist attractions on request. As its name suggests, this structure is part of an ecological approach aimed at raising visitors' awareness of the need to respect the environment. In addition to the farm's animals (guinea fowl, ducks, turkeys, sheep, oxen...), you can also, if you wish, discover the eco-friendly facilities of the farm, which produces its own energy thanks to a mini-solar power station and also makes biogas and compost from the dung of its herd of cows, or buy its own honey.
