Modest, comfortable and clean hotel offering various activities such as pirogue rides, mountain biking, carp and jaeger fishing

La paillote de Marius is a modest bush hotel on the banks of the Bou River, facing the rice fields. Comfortable (air-conditioning, hot water) and clean, with quality food and a peaceful atmosphere, but the prices are prohibitive for what it has to offer! It's the only one in the area, so there's no choice. Marius is a welcoming host. On-site activities include pirogue rides, mountain biking, carp and jaeger fishing, and a motorcycle trip to meet the diamond diggers. Not far from the camp, a hill offers a panoramic view of ochre and green.

Certes le service est correct avec des repas copieux et goutûs, certes le cadre est agréable ave son restaurant en bord de lagune au milieu de nulle part et propice au repos, certes Tortiya se mérite avec son heure de piste pour y arriver! Mais la surprise reste l'addition finale qui est prohibitive voire scandaleuse pour un hôtel de brousse! 42500 fcs/ personne pour une nuit en pension complète (boissons non comprise!); Digne des hôtels huppés d'ASSINIE le confort en moins! "On a du mal se comprendre!!" fut la seule réponse!!! Un bel exemple de désinformation!!
