Great classics that delight lovers of good taste. Sophisticated and sophisticated restaurant offering high-flying French cuisine under the leadership of Chief Gilles Marx: snails to Provençal, cute filet, sole sucker, chocolate blown, burnt cream… Tasting menu in the evening (five or six dishes).
