For fans of Japanese cuisine, Echigoya stands out in the Little Tokyo district. It's a must for Takoyaki, octopus and ginger dumplings, and gyoza, spicy pork and cabbage ravioli. TheirTonkotsu ramen andChasiu are also excellent. You can personalize your bowl of ramen with additions such as seaweed, Japanese spinach (horenso), spicy onion, or even kimchi for an explosion of flavors. Please note that the restaurant allows smoking inside, which may disturb some customers.
