A forest park with pleasant trails, a pretty waterfall and caves steeped in history, a must-see in Bandung.
From Dago Thee Huis, follow the signs to this forest park, which features pleasant paths and a lovely waterfall. This is where you'll find Gua Pakar, a cave dug by the Japanese during the war. They used it as an ammunition store. From here, the hike along the Cikapundung River begins. Another cave, Gua Belanda, was dug by the Dutch for the same purpose. Beware: monkeys are notoriously mischievous and may well try to steal your snacks.
