Charming fishing hamlet with a well-maintained beach, a favorite destination for surfers in Pangandaran.
This charming fishing hamlet is now a favorite destination for (beginner!) surfers. Two establishments, Bonsai Bungalows and Teratai Cottage, offer a warm welcome. An ideal spot for a picnic. To reach Batu Karas from Pangandaran, take a bus to Cijulang, then an ojek to the village. There are also several warungs offering fresh seafood for lunch. The beach is well-maintained and less crowded than Pangandaran.
