Papua: Dani tribes of the Baliem valley
This tour offers you an exclusive encounter with the Dani, the main ethnic group of the highlands of Indonesian Papua, concentrated around the Baliem valley, situated at an altitude of almost 2,000 m, in the hollow of the mountain range that forms the backbone of the island of New Guinea.
First discovered in the late 1930s by an American expedition, the Baliem valley is a land of warriors, the Dani and Wali, who were fiercely at war with each other until some thirty years ago.
These populations have preserved many of their traditions, and travelling through this valley, through which the Baliem River flows, allows us to meet the Dani, who live mainly from agriculture, to discover steep landscapes, where bridges are often suspended over raging waters, and to observe centuries-old mummies.

Flores & Komodo Express
Flores, one of Indonesia's most unspoilt islands, offers a natural environment ideal for superb hiking. Here, we meet many tribes whose traditions go back thousands of years. Animist practices are still practiced, for example, in the Kelimutu volcano region, and the Ngada villages are reputed to be the most traditional on the island. Manggarai is also the most fertile region, where the natives once lived in vast circular houses.
Finally, you'll come to the end of your tour with the Komodo archipelago, offering seaside landscapes worthy of the most beautiful postcards. You'll also come across the famous dragon, an enormous varan that may be one of the last survivors of the dinosaur era!
Raja Ampat: diving cruises in paradise!
The Raja Ampat archipelago (which means "4 kings" in Indonesian) is located in the far east of Indonesia, more specifically in the "Coral Triangle", so named for its rich coral biodiversity. Some experts even claim that the seas surrounding these remote islands may contain the greatest diversity of coral species in the world!
This is why UNSECO is considering including Raja Ampat on its World Heritage List. It's also why we invite you to explore this fabulous archipelago at the end of the world, before it's too late.

The foothills of the Muller Mountains near the border with Malaysian Sarawak are rarely visited. Karst peaks, immense trees, caves, steep paths, capricious torrents and rivers and a few longhouses from the grand era make up the universe of this legendary island.
