OBAMA BEACH
Private stretch of sand frequented by Beninese, with deckchairs, umbrellas, restaurant, bar and children's play area
For a day at the beach, this is the beach where Beninese like to go, especially on Sundays, while tourists and expatriates usually go a little further towards Fidjrossè at the beginning of the Fishing Road. This private stretch of sand offers deckchairs, umbrellas, a restaurant (count between 1,000 FCFA and 3,000 FCFA for a dish), a bar and games for children (500 FCFA for the entrance). Obviously, as on all the Beninese coastline, swimming is dangerous, you should not lose your footing and you should be content to splash around on the shore to cool off a bit.
