Quelques pythons qu'on vous dépose si on est d'accord sur l'épaule. Guide pressé. Très décevante visite, je ne recommande absolument pas.

L'extérieur du temple attire l'oeil par ses beaux bas-reliefs et son entrée en forme de coeur. L'intérieur est tout autre. On est tout de suite pris en charge par un guide aux scarifications impressionnantes, mais malheureusement il n'a pas grand chose à raconter. Le clou de la visite c'est le moment où il vous met un python autour du cou. Pour ceux qui s'attendent à un grand moment de spiritualité, c'est raté.

Un passage important pour mieux comprendre la ville d’oudiah. Les pythons protègent la ville. Cette sacré armée de pythons est lâchée dans la ville une fois par mois pour manger ????

Un incontournable de Ouidah : un petit temple vaudou à l'entrée payante (1000 FCFA) et donc touristique bien sûr. Mais le temple est toujours utilisé pour ses rituels et accueille dans une case une vingtaine de pythons libres d'aller et venir (ils sont d'ailleurs lâchés dans la ville une fois par mois pour se nourrir !).
