Tanéka Béri is an authentic village clinging to the hillside, characterized by its distinctive architecture of round huts with conical thatched roofs, topped by terracotta jars known as canaris. Traditional healers can still be found here, dressed in simple cover-ups that have become increasingly rare. You can sleep in the Tanéka lodge, eat there and even take part in the cooking. The tour is organized by Latif, a highly competent local guide.
